The board of directors of China Daye Non-Ferrous Metals Mining Limited announced that, with effect from 18 May 2017, Mr. Zhang Lin (Mr. Zhang) has resigned as an executive director, the chairman of the Board and the chairman of the nomination committee of the Company due to his other business commitments.
