China Customer Relations Centers, Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the second half and full year ended December 31, 2016. For the year, the company reported net revenues of $72,731,706 against $59,350,721 a year ago, this increase was mainly driven by the growth of BPO business with increased sales to existing BPO clients and sales to new BPO clients. Revenues generated from inbound calling, outbound calling and other services accounted for 78%, 14%, and 8% of total revenues in 2016. Income from operations was $8,551,048 against $5,199,825 a year ago. Income before provision for income taxes was $9,726,174 against $6,049,876 a year ago. Net income was $8,277,251 against $4,774,243 a year ago. Basic and diluted earnings per share were $0.45 against $0.30 a year ago. Net cash provided by operating activities was $5,666,284 against $5,956,771 a year ago. Purchase of property and equipment was $478,775 against $1,614,696 a year ago. The increase in operating income was mainly driven by an increase in revenues as a result of expansion of BPO business and improvement in gross margin as a result of improvement in overall operating efficiency. For the second half, the company reported revenues were $38.3 million compared to $33.7 million a year ago, this increase was mainly driven by the growth of BPO business with increased sales to existing BPO clients and sales to new BPO clients. Operating income was $3.4 million compared to $3.3 million a year ago. Net income was $3.7 million compared to $3.0 million a year ago. EPS was $0.20 compared to $0.18 a year ago. Provision for income taxes was $0.4 million compared to $0.8 million for the same period of last year.
