China Coal Energy Company Limited reported production and sales results for the month and year-to-date ended December 2017. For the month, the company reported production volume of commercial coal of 554,000 tons against 663,000 tons a year ago. Olefin polyethylene production was 62,000 against 32,000 a year ago. Olefin polypropylene production was 54,000 tons against 29,000 tons a year ago. Urea production was 155,000 tons against 169,000 tons a year ago. Methanol production was 9,000 tons against 76,000 tons a year ago.

For the year-to-date, the company reported production volume of commercial coal of 75,540,000 tons against 80,990,000 tons a year ago. Olefin polyethylene production was 498,000 against 361,000 a year ago. Olefin polypropylene production was 178,000 tons against 361,000 tons a year ago. Urea production was 1,996,000 tons against 1,975,000 tons a year ago. Methanol production was 625,000 tons against 651,000 tons a year ago.

For the month, the company reported sales volume of commercial coal of 1,219,000 tons against 1,150,000 tons a year ago. Olefin polyethylene sales were 68,000 against 35,000 a year ago. Olefin polypropylene sales were 50,000 tons against 33,000 tons a year ago. Urea sales were 191,000 tons against 209,000 tons a year ago. Methanol sales were 2,000 tons against 34,000 tons a year ago.

For the year-to-date, the company reported sales volume of commercial coal of 130,050,000 tons against 13,306,000 tons a year ago. Olefin polyethylene sales were 501,000 against 359,000 a year ago. Olefin polypropylene sales were 485,000 tons against 353,000 tons a year ago. Urea sales were 2,294,000 tons against 1,980,000 tons a year ago. Methanol sales were 133,000 tons against 400,000 tons a year ago.
