China Changjiang Mining & New Energy Co., Ltd. is a development-stage company. The Company intends to design, engineer, construct, market and sell photovoltaic (PV) solar energy facilities (SEFs) for commercial and utility applications to local markets. The Company operates through two segments: Land use right leasing and solar PV energy. The Company owns a solar PV project, Huanghe Bay Project, located in the Huanghe Nantan (Huanghe Bay), Heyang County, Shaanxi province. Its subsidiary, Shaanxi Weinan Changjiang Solar Photovoltaic Energy Applied Science and Technology Co., Ltd (Changjiang PV), is engaged in the development and operation of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects. Its EPC projects include the Weinan Hechuan 137 kilowatt peak solar PV building applications. It also holds land use rights in a land parcel and it leases a portion of the land use rights on approximately 5.7 square kilometer parcel to Shaanxi Huanghe Bay Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd.
