EXTENSION OF PLACING OF CONVERTIBLE BONDS

Placing Agent

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 20 July 2020 (the "Announcement") in relation to the placing of Convertible Bonds. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless otherwise stated.

Under the Placing Agreement, it will be terminated if any of the condition precedents of the Placing Agreement has not been fulfilled by 10 August 2020. The Company and the Placing Agent entered into the supplementary agreement on 10 August 2020 whereby the parties agree that

1. the Long Stop Date shall be changed to 17 August 2020; and
2. the Placing Period shall be changed to the period from 20 July 2020 to 17 August 2020. There is no change to the other terms and conditions of the Placing Agreement.

Shareholders and potential investors of the Company should note that the Placing is subject to the fulfillment of the conditions precedent set out in the Placing Agreement, and may or may not proceed. Shareholders and investors should exercise caution when dealing in the Shares.
