Shao Pin signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 84.49% stake in Yuncheng New Friendship Hospital Co., Ltd. from Chimin Health Management Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603222) for CNY 130 million on December 9, 2020. In December 31, 2019, Yuncheng New Friendship Hospital reported a total assets of CNY 112 million, total common equity of CNY 105 million, EBIT of CNY 53 million and net income of CNY 8.4 million. As of December 25, 2020, the shareholders of Chimin Health Management Co., Ltd. approved the transaction. On January 5, 2021, Shao Pin issued a reply stating he is unable to make the first payment.

Chimin Health Management Co., Ltd., formerly Zhejiang Chimin Pharmaceutical CO., Ltd, is primarily engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sale of infusion and injection and puncture machinery products. The Company primarily produces Non Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) soft bag infusion products, plastic bottle infusion products, as well as injection and puncture machinery products, including safety syringe, sterile syringes and infusion sets. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
