Chewathai Public Company Limited Announces Board and Audit Committee Changes, Effective September 12, 2018

Board of Directors meeting of Chewathai Public Company Limited held on September 12, 2018 has approved the appointment of Mr. Pinij Harnphanich as the independent director and the audit committee to replace the resigned audit committee, effective from September 12, 2018 and the appointment of Pol.Lt.Gen. Visanu Prasattongosoth as the independent director, effective from September 12, 2018.
