Sichuan Wenzi Real Estate Development Investment Co., Ltd. signed a share transfer framework agreement to acquire Chengdu Yekang Property Co., Ltd. from Chengdu Taihe Health Technology Group Inc., Ltd. (SZSE:000790) for CNY 430 million on October 19, 2017. The share transfer agreement for the transaction was signed on November 30, 2017. On November 22, 2017, Wealth Business Internation Limited, the only shareholder of Sichuan Wenzi Real Estate Development Investment Co., Ltd. approved the transaction. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of Chengdu Taihe Health Technology Group Inc., Ltd. during the 10th meeting of the 11th directorate on November 30, 2017. Qin Chao and Luo Qing of GF Securities Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000776) acted as the financial advisor, Feng Jingmei and Lai Hongyu of AllBright Law Offices acted as the legal advisors and Luo Jianping and Xie Yuchun of ShineWing Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. acted as accountants to Chengdu Taihe Health Technology Group Inc., Ltd.
