Charter Hall Retail Management Limited, the Responsible Entity of Charter Hall Retail REIT (ASX:CQR) (the 'REIT'), is pleased to announce the appointment of Kristy Huxtable as the joint Company Secretary. Kristy Huxtable will be the joint Company Secretary with Natalie Allen, Charter Hall Retail Management Limited's existing Company Secretary. Natalie Allen continues in her role as Charter Hall Group's General Counsel and Company Secretary.
Kristy Huxtable has over ten years' experience as a Company Secretary and prior to joining Charter Hall she was Deputy Company Secretary for ASX Limited for over five years. Ms Huxtable holds a Master in Business Administration, Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Kristy Huxtable and Natalie Allen are the persons responsible under Listing Rule 12.6 for communications with ASX.
