Charter Hall Group Announces Retirement of David Deverall as Non- Executive Director and Chair of Audit Risk & Compliance Committee, Effective February 26, 2016

Charter Hall Group announced that as a consequence of his appointment as CEO of NSW Treasury Corporation, Mr. David Deverall will retire as Non- Executive Director of the Group's Board, and Chair of the Group's Audit Risk & Compliance Committee effective February 26, 2016, following the Group's first half of 2016 results announcement scheduled for February 25, 2016.
