Chant Sincere Co. Ltd. (TSEC:6205) announced a private placement of 250,000 third series domestic unsecured convertible corporate bonds at a price of TWD 1,000 per bond for gross proceeds of TWD 250,000,000 on August 8, 2014. The par value and issue price of bonds is TWD 1,000.
The bonds will carry zero coupon rate. The bonds will mature in three years from the date of closing. Concord Securities Co., Ltd will act as underwriter to the company for the transaction.
