OFFER EXTRA SERVICE PERIOD OF RELEVANT

CLOUD PRODUCTS FOR FREE

This announcement is made by Chanjet Information Technology Company Limited (the "Company" or "Chanjet", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on a voluntary basis.

As China fights against the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic (the "Epidemic"), the Company is concerned about the development of micro and small enterprises. In order to help micro and small enterprises nationwide affected by the Epidemic do business well and manage business well, the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") hereby announces that the Company specifically launched the cloud- assisted care action and offers extra service period of relevant cloud products for free to eligible micro and small enterprise users across the country. To be specific, if micro and small enterprise users in China newly purchase or renew and effectively activate relevant cloud products during the period from 1 January 2020 to 31 March 2020, the Company will offer extra two months service period for free for the first year. The aforesaid relevant cloud products mainly include: T+ Cloud, Chanjet Good Accountant, Good Business, Easy Accounting Agent, collaborative applications of Biz Chat, etc.

The Board is of the view that the abovementioned action will help micro and small enterprises better improve the online business capability during the Epidemic, achieve the landing of digital scene and unleash the digital efficiency dividend, so as to better overcome the difficulties. Meanwhile it is beneficial to the penetration in business market of cloud services of the Company and further expansion of its user scale, with no material adverse impact on the existing business operation and financial conditions of the Group.
