At Chandler Macleod Group, our unleashing potential philosophy is at the heart of everything we do. Joseph Taboni talks to us about how he's unleashing potential in his local community.

Joseph Taboni (Client Development Manager, Perth) has been volunteering with McDonald's Community Cinemas for many years, an organisation that helps to support and unleash the potential of local charitable and youth organisations.

"I have been directly involved with McDonald's Community Cinemas for a number of years in a voluntary capacity and more recently was invited to join the Board of Directors and contribute to the 10 year strategic plan.

With a strong focus on developing the skills of volunteers and assisting our charity partners to deliver services to their stakeholders, we are proud to be able to help 'unleash the potential' of those that need it most, and those who are helping others within the community.

McDonald's Community Cinemas is Perth's family-friendly outdoor cinema, donating 100% of profits to children's charities in WA. The goal is simple; assist charities that seek to improve the quality of life of children in a health or physical ability crisis. Across 14 seasons, Community Cinemas has raised over $5,250,000 for its Charity Partners and has assisted many other charities in their fundraising activities with the assistance of 700+ volunteers who willingly contribute their time and energy.

Over the years, McDonald's Community Cinemas has raised much need funds for many organisations including; Ronald McDonald House Charities, Starlight Children's Foundation, Camp Quality, Noah's Ark, Riding for the Disabled, Youth Focus WA, Speakeasy WA, St George Foundation, Youthcare, and Princess Margaret Hospital. In October 2014, they donated a record $477,169.56 to Telethon, a major Western Australian children's charity."
