The board of directors of Centron Telecom International Holding Limited announced that Mr. Hung Ee Tek (‘Mr. Hung’) has resigned as the company secretary and authorized representative of the company for accepting service of process and notices on the company's behalf in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) with effect from December 1, 2017 due to Mr. Hung's decision to devote more time to pursue other commitment. The board announced that Mr. Lee Cheuk Wang (‘Mr. Lee’) has been appointed as the company secretary and the Authorized Representative of the company with effect from December 1, 2017. Mr. Lee, aged 43, is a solicitor of the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Mr. Lee graduated from City University of Hong Kong with Bachelor of Laws in 1996 and Master of Laws in Chinese and Comparative Law in 1999. He has more than 18 years of experience in advising on regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
