CCRE rated as "The Employer with the Strongest Brand in Central China Region of 2015"

(6 January 2016 - Hong Kong) -- Central China Real Estate Limited ("CCRE" or the "Company", which together with its subsidiaries is referred to as the "Group"; SEHK stock code: 832), one of the leading Henan-based property developers, is pleased to announce that the Group has been awarded the title of "The Employer with the Strongest Brand in Central China Region of 2015" and was rated as one of "The Top 30 Employers in terms of Overall Strength in Central China Region of 2015" in "The 11th Session of the Best Employer Award in Central China Region of 2015" on 29 December 2015.

Jointly sponsored by TianjiHR.com and Henan Human Resources Association, "The 11th Session of the Best Employer Award in Central China Region of 2015" scientifically selected enterprises for outstanding performances in building their employer brands. The award sets the standards for employees' ideal working environment and serves as a guide for Central China Region's working population of four million who are searching for the most suitable employers with good prospects.

Standing out among the 2,275 entrants to the competition, CCRE carried off the two awards which are "The Employer with the Strongest Brand in Central China Region of 2015" and "The Top 30 Employers in terms of Overall Strength in Central China Region of 2015" for its excellent brand strength, insightful perspective on talent and well-established human resources management system after the almost three-month long selection process that included registration, information declaration, a questionnaire, an election through WeChat, valuation by employees and visits to the participant companies. CCRE has won honours from "The Best Employer in Central China Region" for five consecutive years.
