Eletrosul Centrais Elétricas S.A., a subsidiary of Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S.A. - Eletrobras is in talks to sell some power transmission line construction projects to Shanghai Electric Group Company Limited (SEHK:2727). Eletrosul says that Shanghai Electric offered to take over the projects.
