B) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on this date, Mr. Wilson Ferreira Junior presented to the Board of Directors his resignation as President of the Company.

As a result, the Board of Directors elected Mr. Ivan de Souza Monteiro as the new President of the Company, who resigned as Chairman of the said Board of Directors.

For the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors elected, as of this date, Mr. Vicente Falconi Campos, with Mr. Felipe Villela Dias acting as his substitute.
