CEMEX Holdings Philippines, Inc. at its organizational meeting of CHP's board of directors held on 6 June 2019, elected Roberto Martin Javier as Vice President for Commercial (Institutional Segment), Edwin P. Hufemia as Vice President for Supply Chain, Everardo Sanchez Banuet as Vice President for Commercial (Distribution Segment), Adrian V. Bancoro as Tax Director, Ma. Virginia Lacson-del Rosario as Customer Experience Director, Rolando Valentino as Internal Auditor, Juan Carlos Soto
Carbajal as Procurement Director, Jose Mauro Gallardo Valdes as Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Manager and Kristine G. Gayem as Energy Director. Pedro Roxas was designated as the Lead Director among the independent directors. Also Audit Committee consistes of Pedro Roxas as Chairman (independent director), Alfredo S. Panlilio as Member (independent director), Eleanor M. Hilado as Member (independent director) and Larry Jose Zea Betancourt as Member. Nomination Committee consists of Alfredo S. Panlilio as Chairman (independent director), Pedro Roxas as Member (independent director), Eleanor M. Hilado as Member (independent director) and Alejandro Garcia Cogollos as Member.
