CC Neuberger Principal Holdings III announced that it expects to receive $2.04 million in funding from CC Neuberger Principal Holdings III Sponsor LLC

CC Neuberger Principal Holdings III announced that it has issued unsecured promissory note in the total principal amount of up to $2,040,000 on February 1, 2023. The transaction included participation from returning investor CC Neuberger Principal Holdings III Sponsor LLC. The note will be repaid only from amounts remaining outside of the trust account.

Up to $1,500,000 of the principal amount of the note may be converted in whole or in part, at the option of the investor into warrants of the company at a price of $1 per warrant.
