Acrysil Limited at its board meeting held on May 22, 2019, the board recommended the dividend of INR 1.20 (60%) per Equity Shares of the face value of INR 2 each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2019, subject to the approval of the shareholders at upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend will be dispatched /paid within 30 days of its declaration by the shareholders at the AGM.
The board approved appointment of Mr. Rakesh Pardeshi as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Company wetwith effect from 1 July 2019 as recommended by Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
