CHANGE OF NAME OF SHARE REGISTRAR AND TRANSFER AGENT

IN THE CAYMAN ISLANDS

The board of directors (the "Board") of Capxon International Electronic Company Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that the name of the Company's share registrar and transfer agent in the Cayman Islands has changed from "SMP Partners (Cayman) Limited" to "Suntera (Cayman) Limited" with effect from 4 September 2020.

The Company's branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong is still maintained by Tricor Investor Services Limited at Level 54, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board of the Company comprises four executive directors, namely Mr. Lin Chin Tsun (Chairman and President), Ms. Chou Chiu Yueh (Vice President), Mr. Lin Yuan Yu (Chief Executive Officer) and Ms. Lin I Chu, one non-executive director, namely Ms. Liu Fang Chun, and three independent non-executive directors, namely Mr. Hsieh King-Hu, Miles, Mr. Lu Hong Te and Mr. Tung Chin Chuan.
