COMPLETION OF THE ACQUISITION OF REMAINING 60% EQUITY
INTEREST IN AHEAD MOBILE SDN BHD
Further to the announcement released on 14 December 2011 in
relation to the resolution passed at the Extraordinary
General Meeting held on the same date for the acquisition of
additional equity interest in Ahead Mobile Sdn Bhd, the
Directors of the Company are pleased to announce that Unified
Communications Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the
Company, has completed the acquisition from Lee Yang Dong of
228,000 ordinary shares representing 60% of the entire issued
share capital of Ahead Mobile Sdn Bhd (the
"Acquisition").
Following the completion of the Acquisition, the Company now
owns 100% of the equity interest in
Ahead Mobile Sdn Bhd, via Unified Communications Sdn Bhd.
