Cape plc is pleased to announce that our Abu Dhabi operations have received a HSE award from Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company Ltd (ADGAS). This is in recognition of Cape's contribution to ADGAS completing 55 million man hours without an LTI over the last 5 years (2009 - 2013) of which Cape contributed just over 2 million man hours, as well as one year worked (2013) with no lost time incidents for ADGAS which Cape contributed over 737 thousand man hours.

ADGAS is a pioneer of the gas liquefaction industry operating throughout the Middle East. For over 40 years Cape has been providing a  broad range of services to ADGAS, current activities on the ADGAS annual turnarounds includes common user scaffolding, access and platforms, surface preparation and industrial painting, internal lining of vessels, cryogenic insulation and refractory works.

The award was presented on 17thDecember 2013 by Fahim Kazim, CEO, ADGAS at a ceremony held on ADGAS Das Island.
