Camber Energy, Inc Announces Resignation of Paul Pinkston as Chief Accounting Officer, Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer Effective from June 8, 2017

Camber Energy, Inc. announced that Paul Pinkston, the company's Chief Accounting Officer and principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, tendered his resignation on May 23, 2017 to be effective as of June 8, 2017. Mr. Pinkston's successor will be appointed by the Board in the near future.
