UNAUDITED OPERATING FIGURES

FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020

The board (the ''Board'') of directors of C&D International Investment Group Limited (the ''Company'', and together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') hereby announces certain unaudited operating figures of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2020. Based on the preliminary review of the unaudited consolidated management account of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2020, the Group together with its joint ventures and associates achieved an accumulated contracted sales amount of approximately RMB90,770 million and an accumulated contracted sales area of approximately 4,653 thousand square metres for the year ended 31 December 2020, representing a year-on-year increase of approximately 78.75% and approximately 58.70%, respectively. The average selling price for the year ended 31 December 2020 was approximately RMB19,500 per square metre.

The preliminary figures disclosed above are subject to change and may differ from figures to be disclosed in the audited or unaudited consolidated financial statements of the Group to be published in the annual or the interim report of the Company due to various uncertainties during the process of collecting such information.
