In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20220826-23 dated August 26, 2022, on the captioned matter.<_o3a_p>

The Hon'ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its order dated January 06, 2023, had inter-alia stated that, the period undergone towards debarment of the appellants is sufficient for the aforesaid violations and, consequently, the period is reduced to the period underwent by the appellants.<_o3a_p>
