SEBI vide its order no. WTM/AB/IVD/ID2/22813/2022-23 dated January 11, 2023, has inter-alia issued following directions:<_o3a_p>

• Noticees are prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities of Veeram Securities Ltd. (formerly known as Veeram Ornaments Limited), directly or indirectly, in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of one (1) year, from the date of this order.<_o3a_p>
