Sub: CORRIGENDUM TO THE ORDER DATED JANUARY 30, 2023 BEARING REFERENCE NUMBER WTM/SM/CFID/CFID2/23245/2022-23 IN THE MATTER OF RICOH INDIA LIMITED.<_o3a_p>

In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20230130-45 dated January 30, 2023, on the captioned matter.<_o3a_p>

SEBI vide its order no. WTM/SM/CFID/CFID2/23317/2022-23 dated January 31, 2023, has inter-alia issued following direction:<_o3a_p>

<_o3a_p>

• Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") has passed Final Order dated January 30, 2023 bearing reference numbers WTM/SM/CFID/CFID2/23245/2022-23 in the matter of Ricoh India Limited.<_o3a_p>

<_o3a_p>

• In the said Order, at paragraph no. 30 on Page 27 and at paragraph no. 305.2 at page 213 the date of Interim Order has been inadvertently mentioned as February 18, 2018. In both these places, it shall be read as "Interim Order dated February 12, 2018".<_o3a_p>

This Order is effective from the date of the order.<_o3a_p>
