Brother Industries, Ltd. appointed Ichiro Sasaki as Representative Director & Managing Executive Officer from current position of Director & Managing Executive Officer and Tomoyuki Hasegawa appointed as Director & President of Nissei Corporation from Representative Director & President of Nissei Corporation. Reason for the change: To ensure further development of group with a new management structure. The changes are subject to final approval at the company's Annual General Shareholders Meeting held in June 2016, and the Board of Directors and the Board of Auditors held thereafter.
Brother Industries Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of office equipment and supplies. The Company operates in six business segments.
