Hartmann has today entered into an agreement to settle an international dispute pertaining to immaterial rights concerning Hartmann’s imagic® products. As a result of the settlement agreement, Hartmann will receive DKK 78 million, which will be included in revenue and operating profit as licence income in Q1 2021.

Hartmann maintains 2020 guidance of revenue of DKK 2.5-2.7 billion, a profit margin of 16-18% before restatement for hyperinflation and special items as well as investments around DKK 450 million.

The outlook for 2021 will be presented in connection with the publication of Hartmann’s annual report 2020 on 9 March 2021.
