(Alliance News) - Bradda Head Lithium Ltd on Friday reported a widened loss for the third quarter to November 30, as costs and a foreign exchange loss increased.

The North America-focused lithium development group said third quarter pretax loss widened to USD1.8 million from USD882,663 a year prior. General & administrative expenses increased to USD1.7 million from USD764,201. Meanwhile, the foreign exchange loss surged to USD944,005 from USD4,197.

Looking ahead, the company said a follow-up field observation, soil sampling and channel sampling programme is underway in Arizona across the 23 kilometre San Domingo pegmatite district.

Bradda Head Lithium shares were 3.8% higher at 7.16 pence each in London on Friday morning.
