Winpeak Limited and Chansingh Ratnakovit entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 50% stake in Boutique Charoenkrung Co., Ltd. from Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited (SET:BC) for approximately THB 100 million.

Winpeak Limited and Chansingh Ratnakovit entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 50% stake in Boutique Charoenkrung Co., Ltd. from Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited (SET:BC) for approximately THB 100 million on June 28, 2024. Winpeak will acquire 8.16 million shares equaling 49.95% stake and Chansingh Ratnakovit will acquire 0.008 million shares equaling 0.05% stake in Boutique Charoenkrung. Upon completion of the disposal of investment, Boutique Charoenkrung will be terminated from a subsidiary of Boutique Corporation and changed to a joint venture company instead.

The transaction is expected to close on June 28, 2024.
