Bonava's Nomination Committee proposes the election of seven Board members, with no deputies, and the re-election of Mats Jönsson as Chairman of the Board, for resolution at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Olle Boback, priorly Head of Bonava Germany, Anette Frumerie, CEO of Rikshem, Tobias Lönnevall, Investment Director of Nordstjernan, are proposed as new Board members. Åsa Hedenberg, Angela Langemar Olsson and Andreas Segal have declined re-election. The re-election of all other Board members is proposed.

Mats Jönsson was elected Chairman in 2021 and has been a Board member since 2020. The other Board members who are proposed for re-election are Viveca Ax:son Johnson (member since 2015), Per-Ingemar Persson (member since 2021) och Nils Styf (member since 2022).

- We propose three new members with deep industry expertise, who will be a good addition to the Board. The Nomination Committee would also like to extend its deep gratitude to Åsa Hedenberg, Angela Langemar Olsson and Andreas Segal for their important contributions to the Board, says Peter Hofvenstam, Chairman of Bonava's Nomination Committee.

Anette Frumerie is CEO of Rikshem since 2020. Before that she was CEO of property developer BESQAB and she has also been CEO of Residential Development Nordic at Skanska. Anette Frumerie is born in 1968 and has a M.Sc. in Engineering from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

Olle Boback has extensive experience from the German market, and has been vital in shaping Bonava Germany between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that he was CEO of NCC's operations in Germany from 2001 to 2016. Olle Boback is born in 1953 and holds a M.Sc. in Engineering from Rudbecksskolan in Örebro. He was Senior Adviser to Bonava in 2019 and 2020 and is also the Chairman of the Board of Sunparadise AG.

Tobias Lönnevall is Investment Director at Nordstjernan, where he has been employed since 2009. He was previously CFO of real estate company Landic Property from 2008 to 2009. Tobias Lönnevall is born in 1980 and has a B.Sc. in Economics from Stockholm School of Economics. He is also Board member of health care company Attendo and real estate company Diös.

The Nomination Committee's other proposals are presented in the notification of the AGM, which will be held on April 3, 2023.
