Acting pursuant to Article 101 item 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by the securities issuers and on equivalence of information disclosures required by law of non-EU member states ("the Ordinance"), the Bank has refrained from disclosing the separate quarterly reports and the consolidated quarterly reports for 4th quarter 2016 and 2nd quarter 2017.

Further to Article 83 items 1 and 3 of that Ordinance, the Management Board declares that in 2017 the consolidated quarterly reports will comprise the Bank's quarterly financial statements, and the consolidated semi-annual report will comprise the abbreviated consolidated financial statements and the abbreviated separate financial statements.

§ 103 section 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by the securities issuers and on equivalence of information disclosures required by law of non-EU member states.
