Simultaneously, the Management Board of the Bank, acting pursuant to Article 79 item 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by the securities issuers and on equivalence of information disclosures required by law of non-EUmember states ("the Ordinance"), has refrained from disclosing of the stand-alone and the consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2020, the second quarter of 2021 and the fourth quarter of 2021.
Pursuant to Article 62 items 1 and 3 of the Ordinance, the Management Board of the Bank declares that in 2021 the consolidated quarterly reports will include the stand-alone quarterly financial statements and the consolidated semi-annual report will include the abbreviated semi-annualstand-alone financial statements.
Legal basis
80 sections 1 and 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by the securities issuers and on equivalence of information disclosures required by law of non-EU member states.
