Roger Woeller Sends Director Nomination Notice to BluMetric Environmental

On March 8, 2018, BluMetric Environmental Inc. announced that, following the adoption of its Advance Notice By-Law, it received formal notice on March 5, 2018 from Roger Woeller, a shareholder of the Company and current member of the Board of Directors, of 2 individuals: Joachim T. Fritz and Robert Frank Berner that he intends to nominate for election to the Board of Directors at the upcoming annual and special general meeting of shareholders, which is scheduled for March 28, 2018. The Company also stated that if Roger Woeller nominates these individuals for election at the meeting, there would be a total of 8 nominees for the 6 board positions to be elected at the meeting. The Company stated that it reminds shareholders that it has already proposed a full complement of 6 directors: Jane Pagel, Geoff Simonett, Vijay Jog, Ronald Donaldson, Hubert Fleming, and Scott MacFabe and recommends shareholders vote in favor of the its nominees.
