LOS ANGELES, July 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BioGold Fuels Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: BIFC) announced that it has received a written commitment from the Board of Harvey County Commissioners to enter into a long term waste stream contract. The County would supply at least 150 tons per day of waste at $35 per ton. The waste will be delivered to the BioGold Bio-refinery facility it plans to build in Harvey County, Kansas. ICM, Inc. will design and build the facility, which will be located on Harvey County's existing closed landfill. The company is in the process of finalizing the County's contract and the Bio-refinery engineering and design.
