BIEM.L.FDLKK Garment Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002832) commences share repurchases on January 9, 2019, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on December 19, 2018. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to CNY 100 million worth of its stock at a purchase price of CNY 42 per share. The shares repurchased shall be cancelled. The repurchases will be sourced from own funds. The shares repurchased will be used for ESOP or equity incentive plan. The program will be valid for 12 months from the date of shareholders’ meeting.
BIEM.L.FDLKK GARMENT CO LTD is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research and design of sportswear, brand promotion, marketing network construction and supply chain management. The Company has two brands: BIEM.L.FDLKK, which is positioned as a high-end golf casual apparel brand, and with its products divided into golf series, lifestyle series and fashion series; CARNAVAL DE VENISE, which is positioned as a vacation travel apparel brand, with parent-child outfits, couples dress and family pack.
