Bidstack appoints Thomas Bullen as chief financial officer

Bidstack Group PLC - London-based advertising agency - Appoints Thomas Bullen as chief financial officer for the group. Bhavesh Hirani, current interim CFO, will resume his role as head of finance.

Bullen's appointment follows Bidstack's appointment of Jude O'Connor as chief revenue officer and Camila Franklin as chief operating officer to accelerate its global growth and revenue strategy. The company says it will appoint Bullen to the board "in due course".

Chair David Reeves says: "I am delighted to announce Thomas' appointment as our new CFO. His experience in mobile advertising technology and high growth companies is highly relevant for Bidstack. I am looking forward to working with him in delivering transformative growth coupled with sound financial discipline."

Current stock price: 1.79 pence each, up 6.9% in London on Wednesday morning

The Companyâs AdConsole is an analytics and reporting service, which delivers real-time insights and data to its partners. Through its AdConsole, advertisers and game developers can monitor campaign progress, manage creative approvals, analyze inventory and track key performance metrics with live data through its interface. Its AdConsole allows brands and advertisers to take control of their campaigns from creation through to completion. Its campaign allows them to frequency cap, age gate, day part and target their campaign to a tailored audience based on deterministic data, such as geographical location, device and platform. Once the users campaign is live, AdConsole enables them to monitor progress via custom dashboards and evaluate performance across various different data points. Brands and advertisers can keep track of their campaignâs health.
