Idi S.R.L. agreed to acquire 51% stake in BFC Media S.p.A. (BIT:BFC) €6.1 million on December 30, 2021. Idi S.R.L. shall pay €3.75 per share for the transaction. Post completion IDI will launch a compulsory takeover for remaining shares.

As of June 14, 2022, IDI reaches a stake of 97.016%. Iervolino Danilo and Luciano Bifolco of Studio Bifolco & Associati acting as accountant to IDI S.r.l. Iervolino Danilo, Lidia Caldarola, Gabriella Covino, Luca Giannini of Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners acted as legal advisor to IDI S.r.l.
