Beta Energy Corp. is a Canada-based early-stage development and production company, which is focused on the development of oil from Alberta’s deep basin. The Company is producing light 41 American Petroleum Institute (API) oil and has assembled 36,320 acres (57 sections) of contiguous land believed to contain 470 million barrels of Original Oil In Place (OOIP). The Company’s land is part of approximately 2.5 billion barrels OOIP. The land base is expected to support over 20,000 boe/day of production and is surrounded by oil and gas producers, such as Tourmaline Oil Corp., Cenovus Energy Inc./Husky Energy Inc., ARC Resources Inc., and Whitecap Resources Inc.
