Berli Jucker Public Company Limited (The Company) has offered an opportunity for minority shareholders to propose question, director candidate and agenda for AGM 2017 in advance from 27 October 2016 to 31 December 2016.

The Company has already informed the shareholders with regard to the criteria to exercise their rights through the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Company's website (www.bjc.co.th) in order to comply with the purpose of Good Corporate Governance and the right of equitable treatment of shareholders.

To date, there is no shareholder propose question, director candidate and agenda for AGM 2017 to the Company.
