Beijer Alma AB Approves Dividend for the Year 2013 Beginning Payable March 27, 2013; Provides Guidance for the First Quarter of 2013

Beijer Alma AB at its annual general meeting approved a dividend for 2013 of SEK 7.00 per share. The dividend will be distributed by Euroclear Sweden beginning March 27, 2013.
The company confirm that it continued to be affected by the weaker economic scenario and that comparisons with the preceding year will be challenging. According, it is reasonable to expect lower earnings in the first quarter of 2013 than in the year-earlier period.
