Beamtree Holding Limited announced that it has agreed revised contract terms with Health Roundtable Limited ("Health Roundtable"), a not-for-profit company that provides data analytics and collaborative knowledge sharing activities to the hospital sector in Australia and New Zealand. The Board of Health Roundtable have invested to commission Beamtree to build a contemporary data analytics platform for the benefit of the hospitals that are its members. Health Roundtable members will experience superior analytical services including predictive data analytics and alerts and a contemporary data platform that provides enhanced data security, improved processing and digital experience.

As part of the amended contractual arrangements, the contract between Beamtree and Health Roundtable will be a fixed term period to July 2031 with the removal of a contract termination option in July 2026. Health Roundtable will pay around $1 million to Beamtree to facilitate the build of the new data platform. The payments are tied to completion of agreed milestones of the data analytics platform with approximately half of the $1 million expected to be recognised in fiscal year 2023.
