Bata Pakistan Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of footwear of all kinds along with the sale of accessories and hosiery items. The Company operates through four segments: Retail, Wholesale, Export and Others. The Retail segment includes information relating to sales made from retail stores of the Company. The Wholesale segment includes information relating to sales made to distributors of the Company. The Export segment includes information regarding the exports made by the Company to both associated undertakings and other customers. The Others segment includes all other sales of the Company, including sales of grinderies and wastages. The Company operates through retail outlets spread across the country with over eight outlets situated in Azad Kashmir, approximately nine in Balochistan, over 14 in Islamabad Capital Territory, and approximately two in Gilgit Baltistan, over 50 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, approximately 293 in Punjab and over 71 outlets in Sindh.
