Bank of Kaohsiung Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported net interest income was TWD 647.32 million compared to TWD 748.29 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 258.61 million compared to TWD 293.26 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.21 compared to TWD 0.21 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.21 compared to TWD 0.21 a year ago.
For the six months, net interest income was TWD 1,301.29 million compared to TWD 1,431.1 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 470.7 million compared to TWD 572.79 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.38 compared to TWD 0.44 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.38 compared to TWD 0.44 a year ago.
