Bank of Innovation,Inc. announced a private placement of 4,500 units of 9th stock acquisition rights at issue price of ¥5,900 per right for gross proceeds of ¥26,550,000 and 1,000 units of 10th stock acquisition rights at issue price of ¥110 per unit for gross proceeds of ¥110,000, for an aggregate gross proceeds of ¥26,660,000? on August 19, 2022. The transaction includes participation from Daiwa Securities Co., Ltd., Investment Arm. The 9th acquisition rights will be exercised to purchase 450,000 shares of company at an exercised price of ¥3,475 per share and 10th acquisition rights will be exercised to purchase 100,000 shares of the company at an exercise price of ¥6,000 per share. The rights will be exercised from September 6, 2022 to September 5, 2023. The transaction involved participation from Daiwa Securities Group Inc.
The transaction is expected to close on September 5, 2022. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
