Reference is made to the Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (the Bank)'s issuance of DEBENTURES OF BANK OF AYUDHYA PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED NO. 1/2559 DUE B.E. 2562 .-

Debentures - (BAY193A) representing a total of 12,000,000 units with a par value of Bahl 1,000 each will be matured for redemption in 2019 which is a tenor of 3 years and interest rate at 1.86% p.a

The period of interest payment dues every 6 months, on March 1, and September 1 of every year (In the case that any interest payment due date and the register closing date fall on the Bank holiday, it shall be postponed to the following working day)

The Bank, acting as the debenture registrar, would like to notify that payment of interest on DEBENTURES OF BANK OF AYUDHYA PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED NO. 1/2559 DUE B.E. 2562 for the 2"d shall be

made on Wednesday . March 1. 20 17. details are as follows:

- Payment of interest on Debentures (BAY193A) at the rate of 1.86% p.a., with calculating period as from September 1, 2016 to February 28, 2017 totaling 181 days

In this regard, the register closing date for the purpose of the said payment of interest on Debentures for the 2°d shall be on Wednesday, February 15, 2017, at 12.00 AM.
