Bank Millennium S A : Leasing even more accessible. New support for businesses

Millennium Leasing was the first leasing company in Poland to sign an agreement with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) for the inclusion of lease agreements with de minimis guarantees. This is another step towards increasing companies' access to capital. Entrepreneurs can take advantage of the extended financing offer from January 5, 2023.
- At Millennium Leasing, we keep in mind the ever-changing reality and in these difficult times we put emphasis on supporting Polish entrepreneurs in running their businesses. We consider it particularly important to ensure access to all aid programmes offered in Poland. We were the first on the market to conclude an agreement with ARP Leasing to support transport companies in the first period of the pandemic; and from 2021 we increased the availability of leasing financing thanks to BGK guarantees from the programme supporting entrepreneurship from European funds. In 2022, thanks to cooperation with Bank Ochrony Środowiska, we joined the My Electric programme, offering the use of subsidies also to those customers who concluded leasing agreements before Millennium leasing joined this programme. At the beginning of 2023, we were the first on the market to sign an agreement with BGK, thanks to which leasing was also covered by de minimis guarantees - said Marcin Balicki, Chairman of the Management Board of Millennium Leasing.
The maximum amount of leasing financing that can be covered by a de minimis guarantee at one time is 800,000 EUR and no more than 80% of financing. Millennium Leasing customers can use the programme until the end of 2023 or until the warranty line is exhausted.
Entrepreneurs whose transactions will be covered by the de minimis guarantee will be able to take advantage of leasing on more favourable terms, i.a. in terms of increased lease amount, extended lease period or reduction of required collateral.
At Millennium Leasing, customers covered by the BGK guarantee programme can simultaneously benefit from other promotional offers, e.g. 90% lower first 3 lease instalments.
