Legal basis: § 80 (1) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required under the law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757) ("the Ordinance').
Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. ("the Bank", "the Company") hereby presents the schedule for submissions of periodic reports in 2020:

Additionally, please be informed that the preliminary consolidated financial results of the Bank for 2019 will be published on February 13, 2020, in the form of a current report.
The Bank announces that, in accordance with § 62 (1) of the Ordinance, the Company will not publish separate stand-alone quarterly reports of the Bank. Consolidated quarterly reports of the Capital Group of the Bank will include the quarterly financial information.
The Bank will not publish quarterly reports for Q2 and Q4 of 2020, in accordance with § 79 (2) of the Ordinance. Also, the Bank will not publish a separate stand-alonesemi-annual report, in accordance with § 62 (3) of the Ordinance.
